Description of the Warren Buffett Investment Fund The
Warren Buffett (Investment Fund), LLC is available for United States
accredited taxable investors.
Minimum Investment
$100,000
Management Fee
1%
per annum, quarterly and in advance
Incentive Allocation
20%
of the net realized and unrealized profit, subject to a high water mark
on prior years' loss, if any. *
Withdrawals
After a 12-month lockup period, funds may be withdrawn at the end of a
calendar quarter (with 60 days notice) on the public portion of the
portfolio. No withdrawal on the private placement portion of the fund,
until a liquidity event occurs.

Technically oriented using the unique cycle analysis and computerized
trading systems created by Peter Bruno in the selection of stocks within
the Warren Buffett Berkshire Hathaway investment portfolio.

The General Partner's receipt of the incentive allocation is subject to
a high water mark, where incentive allocations are not allocated to the
General Partner until the performance of the Fund makes up for losses,
if any, from all proceeding years.
